Terms of Use

Effective: 25 September 2026

These terms apply to the Cube Siege game (“the Game”) and the website cubesiege.com. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial use, under these terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement prevails for anything concerning Apple.

2. Your account

The Game creates an anonymous player account so your progress can be saved and co-op games can be connected. You may link it to Sign in with Apple. You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings → Delete account & data. See the Privacy Policy for what we process.

3. Playing fair

Please don't cheat, tamper with the Game or its network traffic, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, disrupt other players' games, or use the Game to harass anyone. We may suspend access to online features if these rules are broken.

4. Purchases

The campaign, co-op and battles are free. Optionally you can buy crystals, an in-game currency, through the App Store under Apple's terms; payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Crystals buy cosmetic items (tank skins) and the premium track of the season battle pass — never gameplay advantages. The premium pass applies to its season only; unclaimed pass rewards end with the season. Crystals and other virtual items are a limited licence to use in the Game, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are not refundable except where Apple or the law requires. We may change the items offered and their prices.

5. Online features

Co-op and cloud saves depend on third-party services and the internet. We try to keep them running but do not guarantee they will always be available, and we may change or discontinue them.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, its levels, art, code, sounds and the Cube Siege name belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the licence above, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or interruptions of service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
